GYROTONIC Pulley Tower


Exercises are performed on the Pulley Tower. GYROTONIC exercise uses 3-dimensional movement to create connected, natural patterns, in which the body flows smoothly between contraction and extension. GYROTONIC exercise:

  • Opens and lubricates joints
  • Increases circulation of blood throughout the body
  • Strengthens muscles
  • Relieves stress
  • Promotes an overall sense of well being.


GYROKINESIS exercise offers a convenient way to develop greater range of motion and spinal articulation without the use of the Pulley Tower.

This approach systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating movements, stimulating the body's internal organs while corresponding breathing patterns are integrated.

Fluidity is the key. Postures are not held for long periods of time. Instead, they are smoothly and harmoniously connected through the use of breath, making exercises appear and feel more like dancing and swimming than traditional yoga.
